1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at callback@dyxvalonquezrion.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at callback@dyxvalonquezrion.world with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our return policy.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
